NCSLA President Debbi Beavers
Debbi Beavers began her public service career with the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDOR), Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Division in January 2004. During her time at the ABC, she has held various positions including licensing manager and operations manager. She was selected to serve as ABC Director 2016 and is the first female ABC Director since the inception of the ABC in 1949.
Debbi has been the recipient of several awards within the KDOR, including the “Visionary Award”. Additionally, she was the 2019 recipient of the “Leadership in Alcohol Regulation” award from the Center for Alcohol Policy.
Prior to joining Kansas ABC, Debbi worked in the private sector.
